ABOUT GASHE SPONSORSHIP
GASHE is honored to have the support of our business partners. Our sponsorship campaign runs from January through March of each year but between March and December, new business partners have the opportunity to join the society through becoming a sponsor. The opportunities available at this time are listed below. There is a link to register online for these sponsorships.

 

2021 GASHE Annual Sponsorship Opportunities

Tradeshow Meal on the Lawn Platinum Elite Society Sponsor: Package Valued @ $5,050 – limit 1 firm 

Thursday September 9th @ 12:00pm

• Annual membership dues for five (5) company representatives with listing on GASHE membership roster. This includes the 2021 September Annual Meeting and one 2021 Quarterly Meeting*
• Recognition as exclusive sponsor of the Tradeshow Meal on the Lawn. The cost breakdown is as follows: $2,750 of the sponsorship goes to GASHE. In addition, the firm is responsible for paying any additional costs (approximately $2,300) related to beverages/food/tents/activities/prizes etc. during the meal on the lawn on Thursday.
• Tradeshow booth (6’ table) during annual meeting tradeshow to display company materials for the duration of the day on September 9th
• Reserved (company responsible for rooming costs) 2-bedroom cabin with 4 queen beds at the Resort for Wednesday and Thursday night (2-night minimum)
• 150-word “Company Spotlight” section in newsletter dedicated to sponsoring company (written by sponsoring company)
• Color logo posted on GASHE web site with hyperlink
• Electronic notification of all GASHE news, upcoming events, etc.
• Electronic copy of GASHE annual meeting attendee list (following event) & GASHE membership roster

Casino Night/Platinum Elite Society Sponsor: Package Valued @ $5,050 – limit 1 firm 

Wednesday September 8th @ 8:30pm

• Annual membership dues for five (5) company representatives with listing on GASHE membership roster. This includes the 2021 September Annual Meeting and one 2021 Quarterly Meeting*
• Recognition as exclusive Casino Night Sponsor. The cost breakdown is as follows: $1,500 of the sponsorship goes to GASHE, $3,500 covers any additional costs (approximately $3,500) related to beverages/food/activities/prizes during the casino event
• Tradeshow booth (6’ table) during annual meeting tradeshow to display company materials for the duration of the day on September 9th
• Reserved (company responsible for rooming costs) 1-2-bedroom cabin with 4 queen beds at the Resort for Wednesday and Thursday night (2-night minimum)
• 150-word “Company Spotlight” section in newsletter dedicated to sponsoring company (written by sponsoring company)
• Color logo posted on GASHE web site with hyperlink

Cypress Grill Karaoke /Platinum Elite Society Sponsor: Package Valued @ $5,050 – limit 1 firm 

Thursday September 9th @ Cypress Grill 8:30pm – Closing

• Annual membership dues for five (5) company representatives with listing on GASHE membership roster. This includes the 2021 September Annual Meeting and one 2021 Quarterly Meeting*
• Recognition as exclusive Cypress Grill Karaoke Sponsor. The cost breakdown is as follows: $3,550 of the sponsorship goes to GASHE, $1,500 covers any additional costs (approximately $1,500) related to beverages/food/activities/prizes during the Cypress Grill event
• Tradeshow booth (6’ table) during annual meeting tradeshow to display company materials for the duration of the day on September 9th
• Reserved (company responsible for rooming costs) 1-2-bedroom cabin with 4 queen beds at the Resort for Wednesday and Thursday night (2-night minimum)

Annual/ /Quarterly Meeting Platinum Society Sponsor: $2,550 – limit 8 firms

• Company can advertise with promotional items in the shuttle vans during the Conference 
• Annual membership dues for four (4) company representatives with listing on GASHE membership roster. This includes the 2021 September Annual Meeting and one 2021 Quarterly Meeting*
• Tradeshow booth (6’ table) during annual meeting tradeshow to display company materials for the duration of the day on September 9th

• GASHE will provide 4 corn hole boards/bags. Company will be responsible for prizes

Extracurricular activity and promotion will be at the discretion of the sponsor.

• Reserved (company responsible for rooming costs) 1 Villa room with 2 queen beds & screened in porch at the Resort for Wednesday and Thursday night (2 night minimum). *GASHE will contact you and let you know when to contact the Resort with your credit card information*
• Company will be responsible for providing Lanyard with company logo for all conference attendees (approximately 500 people). Lanyards will need to be delivered to the resort by August 30, 2021

Resort Key Card/Bronze Society Sponsor: $1,050 – limit 1 firm 

• Annual membership dues for two (2) company representatives with listing on GASHE membership roster. This is includes the 2021 September Annual Meeting and one 2021 Quarterly Meeting*
• Reserved (company responsible for rooming costs) 1 Villa room with 2 queen beds & screened in porch at the Resort for Wednesday and Thursday night (2 night minimum). *GASHE will contact you and let you know when to contact the Resort with your credit card information*
• Company will be responsible for providing Lanyard with company logo for all conference attendees (approximately 350 people). Lanyards will need to be delivered to the resort by August 30, 2021
