**Please Note**
There are no additional charges or cost to Healthcare Engineers attending the Conference, but your GASHE membership dues ($20 per person) are due no later than February 28, 2024.
HOTEL/ LODGING: GASHE is pleased to provide hotel accommodations at Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club for Healthcare Engineers. In order to ensure your room (double occupancy is required due to limited space) at the hotel, please indicate the night(s) you will need accommodations below
Due to limited space at the Resort for the March Conference, GASHE is unable to provide the option for private rooms. If you have a medical condition requiring a private room, please contact Kelly Wilson or Terry Bowen directly to discuss other options. However, if you are bringing a spouse you will be required to pay for one of the two nights and GASHE will pay for the 2nd night. The resort will require your credit card to pay for the night you are responsible for.
All Healthcare Engineers are required to attend all education classes held during the conference. This ensures that your accommodations and expenses are covered by GASHE. Please make sure to sign-in to all education classes that you attend in order to verify your attendance and create your CEU certificates.

- GASHE will NOT host or provide accommodations on Tuesday night. If you plan to arrive on Tuesday night, you will need to call Lake Blackshear directly to reserve and pay for your room ($119/night for a Lodge/Villa room)
- If you have a RV or Camper you would like to bring and stay in during the Conference, GASHE will pay your accommodation costs for up to 3 nights.
