**Please Note**
There are no additional charges or cost to Healthcare Engineers attending the Conference, but your GASHE membership dues ($50 per person) are due no later than February 28, 2026.
Hotel Accommodations: GASHE is pleased to provide hotel accommodations at the Holiday Inn for Healthcare/Hospital Engineers. To ensure your room double occupancy is required due to limited space at the hotel, please indicate the night(s) you will need accommodations below
Due to limited space at the Holiday Inn for the March Conference, if you are bringing a spouse or preferring a private room you will be required to pay for one night and GASHE will pay for the 2nd night. The hotel will require your credit card to pay for the night you are responsible for upon check-in.
Active Healthcare/Hospital Engineers are required to attend education classes provided during the Conference. This ensures that your accommodations and expenses are covered by GASHE. Please make sure to sign-in at all education classes you attend in order to verify your attendance and create your CEU certificates following the Conference.
**GASHE will NOT host or provide accommodations on Tuesday night**. If you plan to arrive on Tuesday night, you will need to call Holiday Inn directly to reserve and pay for your room at $135/night (taxes included) at the Holiday Inn
